Return and Refund

SereniT Defective & Damaged-Item Refund Policy


We want you to love your Oasis Lounger—so if it arrives torn, damaged, or in otherwise poor condition, we’ll make it right.


Eligibility


Only items received in a defective, torn, or damaged condition qualify for a refund or replacement.


Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.


Notification Window


Notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@serenit.com with:


Your order number


Photos clearly showing the damage or defect


Return Authorization


Once we’ve confirmed the issue, we’ll send you a Return Authorization and a pre-paid shipping label.


Please return the item in its original packaging (if possible) within 14 days of receiving the label.


Your Options


Replacement: We’ll ship you a brand-new Oasis Lounger at no extra cost.


Full Refund: We’ll credit your original payment method for the full purchase price (excluding any shipping fees).


Processing Time


Once we receive the returned item, please allow up to 5 business days for inspection and refund or replacement processing.


You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued or your replacement has shipped.


Exclusions


Returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects or damage in transit cannot be accepted under this policy.


Normal wear and tear, improper use, or damage occurring after delivery is not covered.
